Instructions
- Slice the calamari into rings and skewer them.
- Preheat the grill and place the skewered calamari and lemons on it.
- Grill until the calamari reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, about 10 minutes.
- Remove from the grill and finish with lemon juice, lemon zest, sea salt, and fresh ground pepper.
