Fried Calamari

Instructions
- Marinate the calamari in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a deep pot to 375 degrees F.
- Combine flour, salt, paprika, pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Dredge the calamari in the seasoned flour.
- Fry 8-10 pieces of squid for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and repeat with remaining squid.
- Sprinkle with additional salt and parsley before serving.
