Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (440°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl and marinate the calamari for at least 5 to 30 minutes.
- Mix panko breadcrumbs, salt, oregano, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
- Dredge the marinated calamari in the breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
- Place the breaded calamari on the lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
