Green Bean Salad

The dressing

Instructions
- 1. Boil salted water in a large pot and prepare a bowl of ice water.
- 2. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 2 minutes, then transfer them to the ice water to cool.
- 3. Drain the beans and pat them dry.
- 4. In a bowl, combine the green beans with radicchio, onion, and some dressing.
- 5. Arrange the mixture on a platter and top with dollops of goat cheese, walnuts, almonds, and tarragon.
- 6. Drizzle with more dressing, season with flaky salt, and serve.
