Easy Keto Low-Carb Crème Brûlée

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine egg yolks, sweetener, and vanilla.
- Heat heavy cream in a saucepan until it bubbles at the edges, but do not boil.
- Gradually pour the heated cream into the egg mixture while stirring continuously.
- Place two 4oz ramekins in a baking dish and pour the mixture into them.
- Add hot water to the baking dish until it reaches halfway up the sides of the ramekins.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the edges are set and the center is jiggly.
- Remove ramekins from the water bath and let them cool for about 30 minutes.
- Chill the ramekins in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Sprinkle sweetener evenly over the chilled custard.
- Using a kitchen torch, caramelize the sweetener until it forms a crust.
- Let it cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
