Sparkling Hibiscus Orange Mocktail

Instructions
- Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan, then add dried hibiscus flowers and steep for at least 15 minutes.
- In a blender, combine 1 cup of water, cubed mango, orange zest, orange juice, lime juice, and maple syrup, and blend until smooth.
- Strain the hibiscus tea and add it to the blender, pulse to combine.
- To serve, pour ½ cup of the juice concentrate into a glass over ice and top with ⅓ to ½ cup of sparkling water.
- Garnish with an optional orange slice and enjoy.
