Refreshing Hibiscus Mocktail

Ingredients

The mocktail

  • 3 bags hibiscus tea
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 small limes
  • 24 ounces sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice for serving

Honey Simple Syrup

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. Heat water to a low simmer and steep the hibiscus tea for 3 minutes, then remove the bags and let it cool for about 20 minutes.
  2. To make the honey simple syrup, combine honey and water in a bowl and warm until fully mixed.
  3. Fill four glasses with ice and pour hibiscus tea halfway into each glass.
  4. Add about a tablespoon of lime juice and a teaspoon of honey syrup to each glass, then stir to combine.
  5. Top off each glass with sparkling water and serve immediately.
