Honey Simple Syrup

Instructions
- Heat water to a low simmer and steep the hibiscus tea for 3 minutes, then remove the bags and let it cool for about 20 minutes.
- To make the honey simple syrup, combine honey and water in a bowl and warm until fully mixed.
- Fill four glasses with ice and pour hibiscus tea halfway into each glass.
- Add about a tablespoon of lime juice and a teaspoon of honey syrup to each glass, then stir to combine.
- Top off each glass with sparkling water and serve immediately.
