Ingredients

Hibiscus Syrup

  • 2 cups water
  • 16 bags Hibiscus Tea
  • cup lime syrup

For the Glasses

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 lime juiced

Put it Together

  • 20 ounces Silver Tequila
  • 20 ounces Hibiscus Syrup
  • 10 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Boil water and steep hibiscus tea or flowers for 30 minutes.
  2. Strain the mixture and add lime syrup, then chill for at least an hour.
  3. Prepare glasses by mixing sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
  4. Coat the rim of the glasses with lime juice and dip into the sugar mixture.
  5. In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, chilled hibiscus syrup, and lime juice.
  6. Shake well and serve over ice, garnished with a lime wedge.
