Instructions
- Boil water and steep hibiscus tea or flowers for 30 minutes.
- Strain the mixture and add lime syrup, then chill for at least an hour.
- Prepare glasses by mixing sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a shallow bowl.
- Coat the rim of the glasses with lime juice and dip into the sugar mixture.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine tequila, chilled hibiscus syrup, and lime juice.
- Shake well and serve over ice, garnished with a lime wedge.
