Hibiscus Margaritas with Ginger and Lime

honey (or agave or sugar)

dried hibiscus flowers (or 3 tea bags)

thinly sliced ginger

Instructions
- Prepare the Hibiscus Ginger Syrup by simmering water, honey, ginger, hibiscus flowers, and cloves in a pot for 5 minutes, then let it cool and strain.
- Fill a shaker with ice and add tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and the Hibiscus Ginger Syrup.
- Shake well and strain the mixture into two glasses filled with ice.
- Optionally, rim the glasses with sugar by rubbing a lime wedge along the edge and dipping it in sugar.
- Garnish with lime slices and serve.
