Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by boiling 4 cups of water and mixing in soy sauce, ginger, lemongrass, and fish sauce.
- Add the tea bags to the mixture and let it steep until cool.
- In another pot, boil 5 cups of water and carefully add the eggs.
- Boil the eggs for 5 minutes, then transfer them to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and place them in the cooled marinade.
- Let the eggs soak in the marinade for at least 30 minutes or refrigerate overnight for more flavor.
