Instructions
- 1. Boil water with baking soda in a pot deep enough to cover the eggs.
- 2. Once boiling, add the eggs and cook for 7 minutes.
- 3. In a separate pan, combine all ingredients for the seasoning sauce and bring to a boil, then cool.
- 4. After cooking, plunge eggs into ice water for 5 minutes and peel them while submerged.
- 5. Place the eggs in a container with the seasoning sauce, ensuring they are coated, and refrigerate overnight or for 1 to 2 days.
- 6. Slice the eggs in half and serve with ramen or as a snack.
