Instructions
- Prepare the hummus dressing by combining hummus, olive oil, lemon juice, and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl or jar. Whisk until smooth and season with salt and pepper. Adjust thickness with water if necessary.
- In a large bowl, combine kale, chickpeas, tomatoes, red pepper, cucumber, artichoke hearts, olives, feta cheese, pita chips, and basil.
- Drizzle the hummus dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Serve immediately.
