  • cups frozen bananas, broken into chunks

Instructions

  1. Combine the plant milk, baked sweet potato, dates, ground cinnamon, seed butter, and frozen bananas in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend on high for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
