Instructions
- Set the Instant Pot to high sauté mode.
- Melt the butter in the pot.
- Add taco seasoning, tomato paste, and minced garlic; stir for 30 seconds.
- Cancel the sauté mode.
- Pour in the chicken broth, scraping the bottom of the pot.
- Add the chicken and close the lid.
- Set the valve to sealing and cook on high pressure for 8 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then do a quick release.
- Shred the chicken using forks or a stand mixer.
