Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts on both sides with taco seasoning.
- For slow cooker: Place chicken in the slow cooker, add salsa, and cook on low for 3-4 hours until shreddable.
- For Instant Pot: Turn on sauté mode, heat oil, and brown the chicken on both sides for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the salsa (and chicken broth if using) to the Instant Pot, close the lid, and set to high pressure for 10 minutes.
- Allow natural pressure release for 5-7 minutes, then release any remaining pressure and shred the chicken with forks.
- Serve the shredded chicken in tortillas with desired toppings.
