Instructions
- Boil the thawed spinach and chopped artichokes in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes, then drain thoroughly.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the spinach and artichokes with cream cheese and mix well.
- Add sour cream and mix again, followed by mayonnaise, ensuring all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Stir in the seasonings until fully absorbed.
- Transfer the mixture to a small, oven-safe baking dish, top with shredded cheese and seasoned salt.
- Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and top with chopped or sliced tomatoes before serving warm.
