Instructions
- Prepare the sambal by grinding chilies, shallots, and toasted belacan until smooth.
- Heat oil in a wok and sauté the sambal paste.
- Add onion rings and mix well.
- Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Add hard boiled eggs and mix well.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve immediately.
