Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper or oil.
- In a large bowl, beat together the eggs, coconut sugar, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and peppermint extract.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sea salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and stir until fully mixed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow the brownies to cool completely before drizzling with melted chocolate and sprinkling with crushed candy canes.
