Instructions
- Chop the onions and jalapeno, then mix with lime juice and salt in a bowl.
- Dice the persimmons and chop the cilantro, then combine with the onion mixture.
- Taste and adjust salt and lime juice to enhance the flavor.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds if desired.
