Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the flour and everything bagel seasoning.
- Add the olive oil and combine until the mixture is crumbly.
- Gradually add water, one tablespoon at a time, until the dough holds together.
- Dust a surface with flour and roll out the dough until thin.
- Cut the dough into small cracker shapes and place them on the baking sheet without overlapping.
- Poke holes in each cracker to allow steam to escape.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly browned, checking frequently to avoid burning.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on racks.
