Chocolate Ganache Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F and prepare a 9-inch springform pan with aluminum foil.
- Mix almond meal and melted butter, then press into the bottom of the pan.
- Prepare a water bath by placing the springform pan in a larger pan and boiling water.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and mix well.
- Incorporate Greek yogurt, cocoa powder, vanilla, and almond extract, mixing until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake batter into the crust and place in the oven.
- Pour boiling water into the larger pan to create a water bath and bake for about 1 hour 15 minutes.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake set for 1 hour with the door slightly open.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Spread chocolate ganache over the chilled cheesecake and top with almonds, chocolate chips, and coconut.
- Drizzle remaining ganache over the top before serving.
