No-Bake Almond Joy Bars

Instructions
- Line a standard loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the crust ingredients and mix until a sticky dough forms, then press it into the bottom of the loaf pan.
- In another bowl, mix the coconut filling ingredients until well combined, then spread it over the crust.
- Combine the chocolate topping ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth, then pour over the coconut layer and smooth the top.
- Place the pan in the freezer for 1 to 2 hours to set.
- Once firm, remove from the pan using the parchment paper, slice into bars, and serve chilled.
