No-Bake Almond Joy Bars

Instructions
- Spray a loaf pan with coconut oil and set aside.
- Melt coconut oil and almond butter in a bowl in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Add honey and vanilla to the mixture and stir until combined.
- Mix in shredded coconut, almond meal, and sliced almonds until the mixture forms a ball.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and spread it out evenly.
- For the chocolate drizzle, melt dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate drizzle over the coconut almond mixture and spread evenly.
- Optional: Top with chopped raw almonds or toasted coconut.
- Refrigerate until the topping is set, then serve.
