Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic.
- Marinate the beef in the mixture for at least 4 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Heat oil in a skillet and cook the marinated beef until sizzling and cooked through.
