Strawberry Caprese Pasta Salad

fresh strawberries, hulled and halved

loosely packed torn fresh basil
The dressing

balsamic glaze
Instructions
- 1. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
- 2. Toss the cooled pasta with strawberries, mozzarella, and basil.
- 3. Layer half of the pasta in a serving bowl and drizzle with balsamic glaze, then add the remaining pasta and drizzle again.
- 4. Optionally, sprinkle with extra basil and add olive oil if the pasta seems dry.
