Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat baking sheets with nonstick spray.
- Layer half of the tortilla chips on the sheets and top with half of the carnitas, beans, onion, and shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
- Bake one sheet at a time until the cheese is melted, about 20-25 minutes.
- Sprinkle with Cotija cheese, radishes, and cilantro, then serve with desired toppings.
