Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
- Spread tortilla chips in an even layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and brown the beef for about 6 minutes, then drain the fat.
- Stir in tomato sauce, black beans, green chiles, and taco seasoning.
- Spoon the beef mixture evenly over the chips and sprinkle both cheeses on top.
- Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted, about 5 to 8 minutes.
- Top with pico de gallo and diced avocado, then add sour cream or crema before serving.
