Sheet Pan Blended Nachos

Monterey Mushroom’s Mexican Let’s Blend

bag tortilla chips

cherry tomatoes, sliced in half

thickly shredded cheese

guacamole

chopped cilantro

jalapeños, fresh or pickled
For vegetarian version

refried beans (lard free)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and lightly grease a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Spread the tortilla chips evenly on the baking sheet and sprinkle cheese on top.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 7-8 minutes until no longer pink.
- Add the Mexican Let’s Blend to the meat and mix over low heat for about 2 minutes, then remove from heat.
- Spoon the beef and mushroom mixture over the cheese and bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and top with sliced tomatoes and cilantro. Serve with guacamole and jalapeños.
