Mango Salad with Jicama and Lime

The salad

The dressing

lime
juice and zest

Instructions
- Peel and grate the jicama using a grater or a food processor.
- Peel and grate the mango in the same manner.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
- Adjust seasonings to taste, adding more jalapeno if desired.
- If using a very green mango, consider adding sugar or honey to balance the lime.
