Instructions
- Sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger in avocado oil for about 3 minutes.
- Add the ground chicken and continue sautéing, breaking it down as it cooks.
- Prepare the sauce by whisking together the sauce ingredients.
- Pour the sauce into the chicken mixture and cook for a few more minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in the green onion and water chestnuts.
- Fill the lettuce cups with the chicken mixture and serve.
