Instructions
- Line a pie plate with parchment paper or foil and arrange the raspberries and pecans in a single layer.
- Melt 4 tablespoons of butter and 4 tablespoons of coconut oil, then whisk in cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of honey, ½ teaspoon of vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Pour over the berries.
- Melt the remaining butter and coconut oil, then add almond butter, 2 tablespoons of honey, ½ teaspoon of vanilla, and a pinch of salt. Stir until melted and pour over the chocolate mixture.
- Freeze for at least 30 minutes until solid but still soft. Cut into wedges to serve.
