Instructions
- Line a 9-inch x 5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the chocolate crust ingredients until combined, then press into the bottom of the pan and freeze.
- For the peanut butter filling, mix the peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and salt, then spread over the crust and return to the freezer.
- For the chocolate topping, combine cocoa powder, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup until smooth, then pour over the peanut butter layer and freeze until firm.
- Once firm, lift the bars from the pan using the parchment paper and slice into squares.
