No-Bake Peanut Butter Cup Bars

Instructions
- Line a standard-size loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium microwavable bowl, combine peanut butter, almond flour, maple syrup, and optional sea salt, mixing until well combined.
- Press the peanut butter mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
- In the same bowl, melt the chocolate chips in 30-second intervals in the microwave, stirring to prevent burning.
- Once melted, stir in peanut butter and coconut oil until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate mixture over the peanut butter base and sprinkle with flaky sea salt if desired.
- Freeze for about 20 minutes until the chocolate is set.
- Lift the bars out of the pan using the parchment paper and slice into approximately 14 bars.
