No-Bake Almond Butter Cup Bars

Instructions
- Prepare the crust by blending nuts, cocoa powder, and sea salt in a food processor until a meal forms.
- Add dates to the food processor and pulse until small bits remain or a ball forms, then mix with the nut-cocoa mixture to form a loose dough.
- Transfer the dough to a parchment-lined baking dish and press it down evenly, then remove the parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine almond butter, maple syrup, and sea salt, mixing until smooth, then spread this mixture over the crust and pack it down.
- Chill the almond butter layer in the freezer.
- In a separate bowl, combine finely chopped dark chocolate with heated coconut milk and coconut oil until melted and smooth.
- Remove the pan from the freezer and pour the ganache over the almond butter layer, spreading it evenly.
- Return the pan to the freezer to set for 5-10 minutes, then slice into bars and enjoy.
