Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 pan.
- Mix together all shortbread ingredients in a bowl.
- Pour the mixture into the pan and flatten it, then pierce with a fork.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the crust cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, mix almond butter, maple syrup, coconut flour, coconut oil, and salt.
- Pour the almond butter mixture over the crust and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips by pouring heated coconut milk over them and stirring until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate ganache over the almond butter layer and refrigerate for at least an hour.
- Store in the freezer if not eaten within a few days.
