Ingredients

The base

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup

The topping

  • 160 g dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 baking tin with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond flour, peanut butter, and maple syrup.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the lined baking tin and pat down evenly.
  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the mixture and spread it evenly.
  5. Place the tin in the freezer for 2 hours before serving.
