  • 1 cup all natural peanut butter, unsalted
  • cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, and dried cranberries.
  3. Mix until a thick batter forms.
  4. Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish and flatten it evenly.
  5. Chill in the fridge for a couple of hours until set.
