Ingredients

  • 3 pieces ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×9 baking dish by greasing and lining it with parchment paper.
  2. 2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas, then stir in the peanut butter, maple syrup, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
  3. 3. In a separate small bowl, mix together the rolled oats, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  4. 4. Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
