Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 6 medium bananas
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F and line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and rolled oats, mixing well.
  3. Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
  4. Pour the batter into the greased baking tray and press down evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining chocolate chips and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden on the outside and firm in the center.
  6. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
