Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F and line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and rolled oats, mixing well.
- Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the greased baking tray and press down evenly.
- Top with the remaining chocolate chips and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden on the outside and firm in the center.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
