Banana Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mash the bananas in a bowl and mix in the coconut sugar, melted butter, milk, egg, and vanilla until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined, then fold in ⅓ cup of chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and sprinkle the remaining chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 16 to 20 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool completely, then cut into bars and enjoy.
