Instructions
- Line an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oat flour, coconut flour, protein powder, sugar, and cinnamon.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt almond butter and brown rice syrup, then mix with the dry ingredients.
- Fold in the mashed banana and nuts, then add milk gradually until a thick batter forms.
- Transfer the mixture to the lined baking dish and press down firmly.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing into 12 bars.
