Instructions
- Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the oat flour, protein powder, sugar, and cinnamon.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond butter and brown rice syrup, then add the vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
- Add milk one tablespoon at a time until a thick batter forms.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking dish and press firmly, then sprinkle the cinnamon topping on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before slicing into bars.
