Banana Protein Bars

Instructions
- Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Blend walnuts, oats, protein powder, coconut flour, hemp seeds, cinnamon, and salt in a food processor until walnuts are broken down.
- Add banana, honey, and vanilla to the mixture and process until a thick dough forms.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
- Optionally, press chocolate chips into the top or drizzle melted chocolate over the bars.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours until set, then slice into 8-10 bars.
