Ingredients

  • 2 medium overripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup vanilla plant protein powder
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
  3. Add the protein powder, oats, almond meal, and cinnamon, and stir to combine.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
  5. Using wet hands, roll the dough into 12 balls and flatten them before placing on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 13 minutes or until set.
  7. Allow the cookies to cool for 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
