Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mash the bananas with a fork.
- Add the protein powder, oats, almond meal, and cinnamon, and stir to combine.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Using wet hands, roll the dough into 12 balls and flatten them before placing on the baking sheet.
- Bake for about 13 minutes or until set.
- Allow the cookies to cool for 10 minutes before transferring them to a cooling rack.
