Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, peeled and mashed
  • ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup almond butter
  • ¼ cup unsweetened dried cranberries
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the banana and protein powder together.
  3. Stir in the oats, almond butter, dried cranberries, and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Roll the batter into eight balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet, flattening them slightly.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  6. Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve.
