Instructions
- Blend the almonds in a high-speed blender or food processor until crumbly.
- Add the almond butter, dates, and cranberries to the blender and blend until fully combined, scraping down the sides as needed.
- If the mixture is too crumbly, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl and form 12 equal-sized balls.
- Place the balls on a plate lined with parchment paper or in an airtight container and refrigerate until firm.
