Cranberry Chocolate Protein Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • ½ cup chocolate protein powder
  • 2-3 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • cup fresh or frozen cranberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mash the bananas and then mix in the oats, almond meal, and protein powder until combined.
  3. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and cranberries.
  4. Using wet hands, roll the dough into about 14 balls and place them on the baking sheet, spaced 2 inches apart.
  5. Lightly flatten each ball with your hands.
  6. Bake for about 13 minutes or until set, then cool on a rack for 10 minutes before transferring.
