Flourless Cranberry Chocolate Chia Cookies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet.
- In a medium bowl, mash the banana and mix in almond butter, chia seeds, cacao powder, coconut sugar, vanilla, baking soda, and salt until well combined.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries and optional chocolate chips.
- With wet hands, form the dough into about 10 balls and flatten them slightly.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes until set and then let cool.
- Store the cookies in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
