Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a cookie sheet.
- Mix ground flaxseed with water in a small bowl and let it sit for five minutes to thicken.
- In a medium bowl, combine almond butter, coconut sugar, vanilla, baking soda, and salt, mixing well.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries and chocolate chips into the mixture.
- Drop heaping tablespoons of dough onto the cookie sheet and roll them into smooth balls.
- Bake for about 13 minutes, then let cool on the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
