Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a quarter sheet pan.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until broken down.
- Add oats, peanut butter, walnuts, chocolate chips, vanilla, and cinnamon to the bowl.
- Mix until well combined to form a thick batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned.
- Cool completely, then slice into 16 bars and enjoy.
