Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a quarter sheet pan.
  2. Mash the bananas in a large bowl until broken down.
  3. Add oats, peanut butter, walnuts, chocolate chips, vanilla, and cinnamon to the bowl.
  4. Mix until well combined to form a thick batter.
  5. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned.
  7. Cool completely, then slice into 16 bars and enjoy.
